What paint to use to paint inside of hull on my glfibre boat?

If it is new,or if it is possible to get it absolutely clean,the best thing to use is flowcoat.( a brushable gelcoat ) Failing that,International do a high density paint for bilges in a range of colours,that I have used in similar cirstances.
