Fantasy football help?

I'm having some trouble deciding on which three players i should keep for this upcoming year. I know there are two that I'm definitely going to keep and they are Calvin Johnson and Dallas Clark but the last player I cant decide. Who should I keep Ryan Grant, Matt Forte or Carson Palmer.
