On my w-4 i claimed nine but it says exemptions zero so does that mean I'll have no taxes taken out of my pay?

I don't think I'd like you to be my employee if you have a such hard time filling out the w-4. You have mis-read something. Don't be a dead-head just check the exempt from taxes box down in the center of the w-4 form.
