Do you have any secrets you would like to share about health and/or happiness?
I have recently realized that I don't feel like myself anymore, and I am ready to get back to the old me. I'd like to lose a little weight, and create an overall healthy lifestyle for myself which means getting back to happy as well. I'm not looking for a diet, or a super strict regimen of sorts. Something more along the lines of small things that help you out personally/help you feel better as a whole at the end of a day. I've read many an article about what to eat vs what not to eat and exercising and all that, but I'm really looking for specifics. For example, today I watched an interview of someone who stretches at the beginning of her day and it really helps her feel in tune with herself. So throw me whatever you've got :) Thanks all.
