Whats going on with this guy? help no one is helping!!!!?

this guy i like texted me saying he likes me. he always says stuff like "you've made me want to steal you away" "your so cute<3 it makes me giggle" i said something about my ipod having sucky songs and he said "we can share mine<3" and i said "i would<3 but your to far away :/" (long distance) and then last night (the day after all the likeing me stuff) i texted him and it took him 10 minutes just to say hey. (he usually says hey cutie :) ) and when i asked him what hes doing he just blew me off. and i really liked him and im trying to get over him but it isnt working. also he moved away a few months ago and i just wish i knew what his problem was....
