What is the cause of bad urine smell? STD?

Well I began having unprotected with a guy but stopped him and made him put a condom on (literally once I noticed he didn't have it on), he didn't finish that night. (May 14) That same morning I took 2 birth control pills, since I missed one the day before. Then the next days I continued taking it exactly as needed and got my period for 3 days (it was my first month on the pill). It took me about a week to get my 2nd pack due to some problems. So now Im on my 2nd pack, about to start the white pills. My urine is smelling really bad. Im very nervous right now, and I know stress will postpone my period. So tell me what you think. Also in April, I had my gall bladder removed and I noticed my eating habits have changed, could that cause the bad smell?
