Ramos and Compean ???? Why did the government allow Davila to lie under oath?

I am just glad they stopped feeling sorry for the poor drug smuggler. I ask too, so a case was made about Ramos and Compean being untruthful yet that same bunch does not have an answer to this question when the Sutton smuggler lied and oh they got a fair trail,funny when the facts come out it's not as cut and dried as they made it out to be
