How can I change BIOS Pword on Dell Precison Workstation?

I have a problem with my Dell Precison Workstation 360 unable to boot from the CD/DVD RW. It appears the BIOS is Pword protected and consequently, changes to the boot sequence can't be made without the pword which I can't remember. Are there any workaround to this this problem?
