Determined pimple?

i have a pimple the size of tibet on my nose my skin is normally clear but i have these 2 HUGE pimples on my nose so it stands out like a sore thumb!! its bleeping huge ppl!!!...i was planning on getting closer to my crush on monday but how can i with these 2 mountains on my face!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!...ive tried masques, tooth paste, creams, expliators..soap...water...PLEASE HELP ME..HOW SAM GON LOVE ME WITH THESE BOULDERS ON MY FACE...WAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
