What's your opinion on Hollywood's politcal opinions?

In the early 1900's, Hollywood was considered misfits and more on the level with a traveling circus. They weren't rubbing elbows with high society or looked upon with admiration. Reagan, Thompson, Schwarzenegger paid their dues by holding a political position, but only the Dems, like Gore, would embrace random performers and their political opinions for no other reason but that they're wealthy and famous for entertaining us.
