How do you remove the drivers seat of a 06 Scion TC?

I have an 06 TC, and i need to move the drivers seat back farther then the tracks can go.. I'm pushing the 6'5" mark, and its really uncomfortable for me to drive in it, as i get a leg cramp extremely easy from being folded up like a pretzel. since a new car isn't an option, the next alternative is to make this one work.
