I really could use some help. I have really been given the run around and the pain is intolerable?

I posted on here a couple weeks ago but am still getting the run around with my doctors. I have this god awful pain like something has been put in a vice grip in my lower right side. it comes and goes but when it comes god bless america it REALLY hurts. If i eat something (doesnt matter what) I get nautious and i have VERY bad diareaha, it is so bad this last week that (i know this is alot of information but trying to get it all out there) when i have a B/M i am also ping blood. (which i am sure is from my hemroids from having 4 kids) some times the pain will shoot into my back and then up in between my shoulder blades. If i am on my feet for to long it tends to make it worse. I have had a partial hysterectomy, appendix removed and galbladder. I also had my left ovary removed due to endometriosis. I am running out of parts to be taken out, matter of fact i am out of those. EVERY surgery they do has turned up not to be the sourse. I had a colonoscopy about 16 months ago
